Chorlton and the Wheelies. It was always Chorlton and the Wheelies.

As I aged it went from Rugrats to Pokemon to Yu-Gi-Oh to Dragon Ball Z.

I mostly watched PBS, so a lot of edutainment shows, like Cyber Chase, Magic School Bus, Liberty's Kids, etc.

Oh! And... The 4Kids version of Yu-Gi-Oh Capsule Monsters.

Let's see... in no particular order:

Ren and Stimpy (before John K. got fired), Earthworm Jim, Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Swat Kats, Beast Wars, Beast Machines, Thundercats, Simpsons, The Real Ghostbusters, The Critic, Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, X-Men, Batman: TAS, Gargoyles, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, and the Super Mario Bros. cartoons. (The latter two made even better thanks to YouTube Poop)

(I watched a ton of cartoons as a kid. Sorry, but not sorry)

But not CBS Storybreak. Fuck CBS Storybreak, whenever that came on, that was when I knew it was time to turn off the TV and go outside and play with my friends or do weekend homework.

Reruns of various 80s and early 80s Scooby Doo productiond, mainly Scooby Doo Where are You?

Gargoyles, Spider-man, X-men, BTAS, Superman, Animaniacs, Captain Planet, Tiny Toons, Sailor Moon, Simpsons, GI Joe, Transformers, TMNT

Probably a bunch more I'm not thinking of right now. I've always liked cartoons.

Gargoyles was probably my favorite.

Rugrats. I watched it SO much and saw each episode so many times that I got sick of it and have remained sick of it ever since.

Pirates of Dark Water, Sandokan, Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light, Looney Tunes, Wacky Races, Dogtanian and the Muskahounds, Jonny Quest. Later on, Transformers: Armada, Batman: TAS, Justice League, Cardcaptor Sakura, Digimon, Gargoyles, TMNT (2003). Probably a whole lot more, and not just as a kid, either. I've always liked cartoons, especially when life is being stressful.

I always felt a deep affinity with Rocko (Rocko's Modern Life) even when I was 4.

Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Lab.

I watched a lot of cartoons and can't remember them all. A ton of them have already been mentioned though.

Note: I did NOT try to list these in order of their air date, lol.

Inspector Gadget, Ren and Stimpy, Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, Pinky and the Brain, Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Darkwing Duck, The Jetsons, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, Powerpuff Girls, Rocko's Modern Life, Rugrats, Animaniacs, Looney Tunes, TMNT, The Angry Beavers.

As for anime, my favorites were Dragon Ball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin and Digimon (...Digimon was an anime, right? Or maybe it was a cartoon. Whatever).

Batman: The Animated Series. I lived for that show.

Scooby, depressingly enough.

Earthworm Jim or Pinky and the Brain I think.

I mostly watched Get Smart, Zena, Hercules and such...
Duck Stories and Sailor Moon, I guess. And Hey, Arnold!

Also Pokemon. But I usually didn't catch it on TV, so that feels different. My mom used to rent videos of Pokemon episodes for myself, my siblings and my cousins to watch while my parents and aunt and uncle enjoyed themselves without having to worry about us for a little while. :P

TMNT and Dexter's Laboratory. I tried rewatching the latter only to find it really annoying.

I'm not sure which one was first because reruns, but it was either Saber Rider, Ducktales/Darkwing Duck (same universe = same show in my younger self's mind), or Gummi Bears.

I loved the Kaiketsu Zorro series a lot and I'd really love to have DVD set but only one with the original sound. The dub has gotten too cringey for me.
I also liked the Moomins, the ... French (?) Peter Pan series, Saber Rider, Captain Planet, Bob Morane, Attack No.1, Jura Tripper, Biker Mice from Mars, Dogtanian (?) when I was younger. I absolutely loved the Mighty Ducks cartoon as well. And I vaguely remember a Highlander cartoon series. I really liked it but I only ever saw a few episodes. That actually happened with a lot of cartoons- I only ever got to watch them when we were visiting my grandparents because we had none of the channels they ran on at home.
