I'm not talking about pure population numbers? The American context is but one of so so many but then is frequently used to analyse other countries. This can be interesting sometime when they acknowledge its an outsiders viewpoint and other times when they ignore that, it is not.

My countries racial context make sense in the context of my country. It'd be stupid to apply it to another country except in a comparative outsiders view. Also sometimes my country is stupid too, even in context.
