Which films?

At first I thought MCU (but then I counted and, damn, there have been a lot of MCU films, even if you don't count the Hulk ones).

Is it Fast and Furious? If it is, that could be explained by Pitch Black. Because Cole Hauser, who was in Pitch Dark with Vin Diesel, played Verone (and let me tell you my disconnect when I found out Diesel wasn't in 2 Fast 2 Furious - Wait, you got that guy from the film with Diesel's breakout role and you don't have Diesel in the film? What?). Also, Verone is a hell of a scenery-chewer.

X-Men? It can't be Stryker, Stryker's a pretty big part of the X-Men mythos. But maybe Lyman? If so, he's played by Peter Wingfield, who also played Methos in Highlander: The Series.

Is it Alien? Probably not, but this amuses me. I'm imagining someone putting Burke in all the Alien series stories.

They say Loki right in the secret, and talking about the fandom woobie-fying him. It's got to be MCU and they are not counting some of the films. I guess I feel like it's got to be MCU with two other Marvel secrets popping up today.

I can't think of any other long running movie series with a Loki in it that is the fandoms woobie bicycle besides Marvel.

MCU has more than seven films though.

It doesn't sound like they're referring to Loki to me, just using him as an example.

This is why I hate secrets where they won't give better hints and it's misleading, because it really sounded like they were talking about one thing and they were not.

Some people don't want to get outed in fandoms if they're obvious or small. Or they're just having fun being vague and mysterious.

Apparently the image with the love heart is of Verona, known for Romeo and Juliet. That doesn't help us, I don't think.

Seven films, can't be that small a fandom surely?

Yeah I don't think it does. The only long movie series I can think of that ties into Verona/Italy is Twilight, but there were only five of those.

I found a wikia page and the options for series movies with seven movies kind of vary. But I'm guessing it's a recent or has been recently release given the way the secret is. So I really have to think Fast in the Furious or X-men.

The only thing I can think of is maybe it is Fast and the Furious because I found some fan pages in Italian where they supposedly did fan races for the movie in Verona. But not sure how legit those sites are.

I guess I feel a series seven films in, unless it's super old, would have pretty decent to big sized fandom.

Eh, I guess I don't see how it's fun. They hardly got any replies because they were way too vague. Guess maybe they were just hoping more people would give them sympathy and talk strictly fanfic irks?

I don't know that FS is really the place to go looking for sympathy. Wrong place for that.

Yes, Fast and Furious.

Even though I watched Pitch Black, I never really caught that connection, or I forgot about it. That could be a fun way to use him, badguy from another life. But it seems like it's mostly shippy schmoopy nonsense. I say that with the disclaimer that I've only read one or two of those fics before I hit my tolerance level. There's enough shippy schmoopy redeemed baddies in other fandoms that my tolerance is low.
