Yeah, but for those of us who are NOT pro athletes, I find the BMI is a pretty good indicator. I mean, when it told me I was overweight, it's because I was overweight. Just don't get crazy about the range, like those who freak out because 'I'm one pound over and therefore it says I'm now fat and this means BMI is wrong and useless!!'

But for those of us who are not muscle-bound outliers, the BMI range is a pretty darn good indicator.
