I am so hoping for an Obama/Edwards ticket. Mostly because Edwards was my guy and now that's what I have to settle for, but Obama's not bad. I don't like Clinton that much.

I don't like to think of Elizabeth as dying. I don't know much about cancer tbh, but from what I do understand, although hers has returned, it's treatable and she's in good health right now; she's got years left, at the least. Not to say they shouldn't spend time together, but the way it's phrased sometimes makes it sound so, y'know, imminent, depressing, and a sort of "how could he?"

Of all the democrats and politicians in the US right now, Edwards' the smartest and most honest guy around it seems.

I kind of know about cancer, unfortunately since a member of my family passed away years and years ago and recently, an old teacher of mine. (Usually, when it comes back, it's not good at all.) But I remember on the news hearing that it had come back and this time could not be treated. Although, the media likes to pick up on those things and be "ZOMG!". So things probably changed for the better for her and maybe the cancer is still treatable or at least controllable. I hope she's got years left. I'd feel so sad for Edwards if she died.

Oops, didn't mean for it to sound so "Why, how dare Edwards campaign! D:" I meant in the sense that, hey he's got time off (so to speak) now, why not spend it with his wife? :D I quite honestly would love it if she lived a few more years, but cancer's just so...erghshdsldkf, that it's hard to say. :( I should've perhaps employed a less negative word instead of dying though. Sorry about that! :o

As far as I know, it's back for good, unfortunately, but somewhat treatable. I hope so, at least, since I like Elizabeth. They're both good, passionate people, and even though I've never met either one of them I can't help but hope for the best for them.

Oh, no, I know you didn't mean that! I was just saying, since it was sort of related, that it's something that I sometimes hear other people say. I guess I wasn't clear about that. :)
