That's fine. If you like whipping and torture in general, it's not bad that you like it with nonwhite characters too. But if that makes you feel too guilty to enjoy it, there's nothing wrong with you for that either.

I like certain things, but can't enjoy them in some cases... for example, I could never ship characters if they came from an overtly (or even sometimes allegorical) religious work. Or if the characters were real people and were very religious, or were people my dad claims are his ancestors. I think a lot of people have some hangups like this.
