ayrt Yeah, like I'm sure testosterone isn't a sedative, you know, but trans men who have earnestly considered whether testosterone will make them aggressive, have tended to report that it doesn't. And in their case, because they were so relieved to be finally getting what their male brains needed, the exact opposite.

I'm sure that high levels of testosterone have some behavioural influence, but in a really complex way that depends on the particular psychology of an individual. From what I understand, most of one's psychological makeup is learned, including disinhibitions to violence.
