What is this?

OP

(Anonymous) 2015-08-29 09:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Cecil Damon from Ragnarok Online!

Cecil... is a girl?

Or a 95-year-old man in a girl's body?

Compared to what the nerds are used to seeing in anime, yeah they are. Anything under a double-D is flat to those icky basement dwellers.

I'm all down for hating anime and anime fans but I'm not sure I'm down with it being as contemptuous as this.

A good hatred should be angry and on the basis of a fundamental equality. Sneering is just not cool to me. It should be an even damned fight.

That's a weird thing to say, since there are tons of genuinely flat anime girls? It's a pretty common fetish to those same nerds, after all.

This seems an odd critique given that DFC and lolis/fake lolis are absolutely huge fetishes within anime and it's fandom.

Yeah but there is kind of no in between in a lot of anime. Its either huge or completely flat. So in between sizes are lumped into one or the other category.

It's "chibi" style, so going by the proportions they're indeed big, but they look kinda small

Given that cup size is based on proportions (the actual cup part is the same size on a bra that is a 32C, 34B, or 36A, it's just the band that changes), OP is still right.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-30 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
didn't say they weren't.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-30 06:36 pm (UTC)(link)
That's how you can tell bra sizes were invented by a man. Only a man would think it was more important to size them by how large they were proportionally to the rest of the woman, than by actual size!

(Anonymous) 2015-08-29 11:02 pm (UTC)(link)
You have to remember that they don't really know what real breasts look like, let alone different sizes.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-29 11:07 pm (UTC)(link)
I think a lot of people in fanbases don't really understand how bra sizes work. Like at all.
