Bellatrix Lestrange. Not because I think she's a feminist icon or anything (I've heard that's a thing), but because she legit scares me more than Voldemort. You know, the guy who attempted to kill a one year old.

The fact that the word "attempt" is there makes it hilarious.

Voldemort literally failed to kill a defenseless one year old child.

That's fucking hilarious when written out like that.

Yes, to me torture is scarier than murder. Voldemort will just kill you most of the time. Death is the scariest thing to him, so he only rarely goes for the pain. Bellatrix will kill you, maybe, but she'll have fun with you first. And her idea of fun is really, really scary. I love her so much because she's completely crazy (I'm never sure if she was crazy pre-Azkaban and just your garden variety sadist or whether she was kind of like that all along). And she's unpredictable.
