Omg yes. I put her up there with Kai Winn from DS9 as faves to hate.

See, I felt that way about Dukat, not Winn. Winn I felt pity for by the end even if I had hated her early on. I never could feel sorry for Dukat even when his daughter died.

I felt more pity for [omg I forgot his name, the alcoholic one who killed Ziyal, and I don't feel like looking it up] than I did for Dukat ever. Dukat was pathetic, and I liked him as a villain, but I didn't love to hate him like I did Kai Winn.

Damar. I loved him. And I loved that he ended up a hero in the end. He had such an interesting character arc. Dukat was the love to hate character for me personally. Between his involvement in the occupation, his creepy obsession with Kira, and his general villainy on the show I loved to hate him (but also kind of hated to love him tbh). I found him interesting. Winn I felt pity for at the end but mostly found her to be pathetic. I never had a super strong reaction for her one way or the other.
