Sure, but to more or less the same as any other man. It would be silly to do otherwise, because - as previously mentioned - creepy weirdness is not actually a good proxy for proclivity to rape.

The onus is always on the creepy weirdo to adjust their behavior, not for anyone else to tolerate them.

Yes, in the sense that creepiness is bad and a bad way of interacting with the world and makes people uncomfortable in and of itself. I don't think that has much to do with your other statements though.

The onus is on every man not to rape, of course. Nothing is sexier than consent.
