Does preferring TNG over TOS count, Star Trek-wise? I did actually see the original first, thanks to my parents, and I do adore it, but I connected so much deeper with TNG and just felt like everything was on the whole a lot stronger.

In terms of straight-up remakes, though, a few...probably my favorite being a game called The Journeyman Project, which got a remake called The Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime. And the remake waaaaay outstrips the original. Overhauled graphics, more lore, more puzzles, better digitized actors, the works. Hnnngh now I just want to play it again.
