SU is not the first fandom directed at gets that gets a lot of porn in fandom. Why do people try to police stuff like this?

I remember being a kid when Harry Potter was at it's height of popularity and there was lots of porn and smut fic but nobody cared to police it back then. Now it's like they want to put everything on lock down.

What about kids now-a-days makes them so delicate and easily triggered? '90's kids grew up just fine dealing with the same stuff in their fandoms.
