Forgot the name of the first one, but the third one is Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (2nd season, to be exact, judging by the screenshot, but you should start with the 1st).

I'm pretty sure that the first one is Higurashi no ku Koro ni... I've never seen it, though, so don't take my word for it!

Seeing as the other two were already answered, the middle one is Paranoia Agent, which is an awesome series. 8D Actually, all three of the series in their secret are awesome series.

And also, I second 1strangepirate's recommendation of Monster. That's an amazing series.
