16. I think it's really cool that a game can have that kind of effect on people. Congratulations on getting through a rough patch!... and dammit if secrets like these don't make me want to become an EBA even MORE when I grow up. If only it was possible...

21. I think that if you, even after finishing it still don't feel any better, or feel like you've done him justice or honored his memory, maybe you haven't. Or maybe you do, you just can't see it because you miss him too much. If I had something made in my memory that made people laugh, it'd make me feel glad. That someone cared enough about me to go trough all the effort. I don't know how you feel.... but you did something for your friend. I think you can feel a little proud and/or happy about that, right?

23... That show. THAT SHOW I SAW IT WHEN I WAS A KID, but hell if I can remember the name now. All I remember was that it was hella cool and that I adored the alien lizard-dog and wished I had one of my own.

40. Amen. It is filled with spoilers alright, but it's so dang catchy I'm willing to forgive it anyway. If only because they take a song that I didn't care a rotten dingleberry about when I heard it on the radio, and made it AWESOME.

The show was called Invasion America, and the lizard-dog was called Blue. ^^ I used to love that show! I was convinced that no one else watched it!

I followed it religously when it aired here in Sweden, because it was a saturday morning show but it had blood, aliens, and I was beginning to get in my teens and could actually APPRECIATE a bit of darker, more plotty stuff than the regular sat-morning fare. Invasion America, now I know!

It first ran in the US as a primetime drama in the summer- I'm guessing they were trying to catch the nerds-on-vacation. Of course, this was before any of the big anime series had hit the US- it was two years before Gundam Wing started running on the Cartoon Network, to give you some idea of the timing- so I think it was really before its' time.
