I'm trying to work out at work, since it's apparent that's not going to happen in the morning. The idea is to go walking on my lunch, but the problem is that lunch = eating.

I doubt anyone'll have any suggestions, but I figured I would give it a shot...

Pack a smoothie or liquid meal, go walking, drink?

Solution: only eat hot dogs and bananas

Probably a dumb question, but: are you able to work out after work at all? And if not, could you eat lunch while you're still at your desk and work out before?

AYRT - I thought working out at night was a bad idea? I get home around 6, but not really settled until 7:30, 8.

I may try working out before and then eating. :)

Depends on how fast you can eat, but if you go to a place a good bit away, walk there, eat, walk back, is that feasible? Or maybe walk to a sandwich place, buy something that you can eat at the office when you get back?

I don't know your commuting situation, but maybe stop somewhere away from your work that you have to walk to work and walk back to your car/bus?
