Why or why not?

I don't think present-me would be a very good parent. But I think any version of me that would get to the point of having a kid would be a pretty decent parent.

Nooo.

Definitely not of a very young child anyway. If they could pretty much look after themselves and just kind of needed emotional support and advice, then maybe I wouldn't completely suck.

I'm more suited to being an aunt. I have a good bedtime story voice, I own a lot of kids movies, and I have some kind of cool factor that remains unexplained but is apparently why I am begged to come to school drop-off and pick-up.

I think I'd make a totally kick-ass mom, but I really don't want to be one.

I want kids, but I don't think I'd be a good parent. I'm not mentally or financially stable enough to give them a good life. Plus I've never been in a romantic or sexual relationship.with anyone, which would mean raising adopted kids as a single mom. I'm not sure that's allowed and it wouldn't be fair to ask them to put up with me in exchange for a home. I don't think I'd be a good foster parent for the same reasons.

Fuck no. I have no interest in kids, I wasn't interested in them even when I was a kid, and if I ended up a parent somehow, it would only be through a horrible turn of events. I'd end up resenting the kid for it, too, probably.

I guess I'll do okay at it but I really don't want to. I like my time to myself and the freedom to just go do things and oh man kids cost so much if hate to be resentful or neglectful.

I'd do my best but I don't think I'd be any good at it :/
