I've been using disposable menstrual cups but using them more than once since the material is pretty much plastic. I used to use tampons, but I got tired of my vag being dried out and having to worry about getting pee on the string and squeezing it out so my underwear wouldn't get wet and smell, it was pretty embarrassing.
