Yep, off. I find a bra too restrictive to wear all day, and the few times I have been in a situation where I've had to wearing one all day (being out somewhere for most of the day) I've ended up aching like hell and suffering pain from where the bones have ended up poking my upper belly. Yes I wear bras with bones, it's hard to find boneless bras in my size.
