Really? I've been having tons of problems with amazon lately (I don't have prime) and so shipping is super slow or they get some order wrong, but they've been ridiculously good about helping me figure it out.

That and it's the only place to buy some of these books as cheap as I am. I keep getting hardcovers that originally sold for $27 for only $4.
