the only part about "All About that Bass" that implies that skinny women are inadequate is the line "Go 'head and tell them skinny bitches that" but it's immediately followed by the lines "No, I'm just playing, I know you think you're fat/But I'm here to tell you.../Every inch of you is perfect from the bottom to the top" so it's...not really that insulting. It also seems to calling out songs like "Big Booty Bitches" (which has the same general idea as All "About that Bass") that talk about "we don't want no skinny bitches" and then just leave it at that so the implication is that skinny women really are inferior.

Problem is the whole song is framed around men preferring bigger women. It's not just the "skinny bitches" line, it's all the other stuff about how men don't actually like skinny women.

She only really said 'boys like more booty to hold', so it's kinda implied but I don't think she's saying like all guys only like bigger girls.
