NAYRT

Some bodies are actually shaped that way. When I am standing up, not wearing clothes, there's little bumps of fat where my legs meet my hips, not a smooth curve.

Bumps aren't folding technically.

A muffin top is where where your middle hangs out over the waistline of your pants all around like the top of a muffin spreading out around the top of the muffin cup due to wearing pants that are too small or have the waistline at the wrong height and then wearing a shirt that is too short or too tight to hide it.

Yeah, this. I've seen guys with single-digit body fat give themselves a muffin top by wearing shorts that were way too tight at just the right height, and overweight girls wear low-rise jeans without one because they were very well-fitted.
