One place to start might be something like fandom_on_dw where a lot of exchanges post.

Another place to browse - tedious but possibly fruitful -- are the Ao3 Collections. Some of that will be rubbish to you because people use collections to store their bookmarks, but you might find exchanges that aren't otherwise publicized.

If you aren't dead set on an exchange, then check out allbingo, which is affiliated with a number of bingo challenges.

Finally, why not browse the NYR or Someday My Fic Will Come prompts?
