She said it in most of the lines of the actual song you're attempting to reference. It's the entire premise.

The "just playing" doesn't make it okay because the insult was still put out there. It also sounds really insincere. You don't toss around insults "playfully" with people you don't know (e.g. the general audiences that listen to your music) because you haven't earned the closeness and trust required for that kind of thing to work. I don't know Megan so I don't trust her thgat way so I have no reason to take her at her word that she's "just playing" right after tossing out an insult.

She then follows that with "I know you think you're fat." No. No I do not. So now I've been called a bitch AND I'm being patronized? First, this is some major projecting on Megan's part, and second, way to imply the reason anyone is slender is because they have an eating disorder.
