I first saw the Angel Sanctuary at midnight at Comic-Con like 15 years ago and the audience went totally MST3K with it. I still have fond memories of that anime, mostly for the whole WTF factor and the reaction of my fellow viewers yelling at the screen as it got weirder and weirder.
