Dark Angel was cancelled to make way for Firefly, so I was smugly pleased when firefly got cancelled too.

Well, that and because it was a total clusterfuck behind the scenes, season 2's ratings were in the toilet, and James Cameron wanted to go back to doing movies.

I know how you feel because it's how I feel about T:SCC being cancelled in lieu of Dollhouse, and then Dollhouse getting cancelled a season later. Not that it's fair or rational to hold our fave's cancellation against another show. But all the same.

Fox was very badly managed for years, and they had shows that were too smart for them. T:SCC and Dollhouse both fall in that category.

If only we had a network that wanted to do multiple weird SF series at once.

I liked Dark Angel, but honestly, I don't think it was that "good".
