White chocolate is not chocolate; it is just a sugar confection. Milk chocolate, however, is divine. And I don't like dark chocolate, even though it's supposed to be good for you. Too bitter, blech!

Not really a fan of white chocolate. Fucking love milk and dark. But with dark chocolate I need it to mix in with something else so it isn't just pure cocoa? Like mint or orange or raspberries or nuts or drizzled over some REAL turkish delight.

I like white, milk, semi-sweet, and dark chocolate.

I like white chocolate but sometimes it's too sweet.

I like milk chocolate but sometimes it's too sweet too and what I really need is some chips, jerky or an antacid.

I like dark chocolate if it stays around the 50% mark. Any darker and I can't eat it.


In tangentially related news, I made those beetroot brownies I bought ingredients for, the chocolate in them was (mostly) 70% and it was evident in the brownies (I only got a 200g block of 70%, so the last 50g had to be made up of lighter dark chocolate). I still got through the brownies because it had the rest of the ingredients, including some sugar, to balance the chocolate in it. However I doubt I will make that recipe again.
