Flower crowns are pretty bad too. Especially when put on characters who probably actually hate flowers (I did not need to see Melkor with a flower crown, he'd probably burn it).

Yeah, all the really precious ones give me the creeps. Like that "hold my flower" one.

I love flower crowns when done ironically.

The "protect ____ at all costs" thing makes me grind my teeth, however. I hate it when people put someone on a pedestal and then pretend that that's normal, even if this someone is a fictional character.

My favorite instance of flower crowning was the floating flower crown on the headless horseman from Sleepy Hollow. Clearly done to be silly.

Unfortunately, no. I don't remember where I saw it and a quick google search only turned up a version with the flower crown right on the neck.

That + "Precious Cinnamon Roll Too Good For This World". That is truly annoying.

Ugh! Yes. All of those. Or that one where it goes, "Looks like they can kill you, actually a puppy. Looks like a puppy, but can kill you. etc".
