No. And if I'm honest, I look askance at people who just straight up ask for my info like that. It's not that I think they're a serial killer or something, it's just... whoa too soon, fandom acquaintance. I also prefer a more gradual lead up, lots of online conversation first, a casual, "Hey we should totally skype sometime!" and THEN a mutual agreement to exchange info.

But I'm a little biased because every single time someone's asked me for more personal info, it's been somebody I barely know. I don't know if we mesh well enough to chat, and if we don't, it'll be super awkward.

since tumblr is so hard to communicate on, if i've been chitchatting through reblogs and the occasional message, I'll ask for skype info just because it's easier to communicate that way. sometimes we mesh. sometimes we don't.

Yeah, and that's fine. If I've been talking a lot with someone online and we want to continue the conversation in a easier forum, skype's great. I just get a little weirded out when someone I barely know asks for personal info, because I just don't operate like that.
