From the art I can guess that this game is an art game, they are pretty niche and those who play it tends to be fans of that type of game already, or just people who praise whatever have "art" elements in it. From what you said this game is very luck based and seems to follow the school of thinking "harder is funner", which imo makes a terrible puzzle game. But I haven't played the game myself, so I can't give you a solid opinion on it.
