Both parties are full of awful people.

You may as well be asking "why do women bother voting"

I saw. What does that have to with the fact that you said women are republican to get fucked? Do you think women who are democratic are only doing it so they can get fucked by Democrats?

Do women who become doctors only do it so they can fuck some rich doctors? Do women JUST do things so they can get some dick?

I didn't say that. I'm saying it's very hard to live a life without dudes and that dudes are often sexist.

Dealing with sexist guys is kind of par for the course if you aren't going to be a politcally separated lesbian or possibly a nun.

To act like women are incapable of this--hell, like they aren't so used to it that we often forget we're doing it--is kind of insulting.

BOth parties are chock full of sexists, dude. It's hard to be at all politically engaged without encountering it. And most women are really, really used to encountering it. It's background noise.

Maybe I"m older than you and remember all the gross shit people on the left were saying about Sarah Palin that had nothing to do with why she was actually awful.
