Macbeth is my favorite (even if the history obsessed in me is bugged by the fact that actually, in real life, the thrones was Macbeth's by right).

That's fair! :D

Mine used to be Hamlet (via Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. I know, I got into it all backwards lol), but than I had to watch SO MANY versions of it, and read SO MANY papers on it for my high school final paper, that I just got sick of it. |D

(...Still like Ros and Guil, though), so now it's Macbeth, as my favorite tragedy. :3

Macbeth and Julius Caesar for me. Hamlet is pretty awesome too. There are actually very few Shakespeare plays or poems I don't like. I really love his stuff.

Also, can I just say that Fassbender and Cotillard are inspired casting choices. Both amazing actors, great at playing darker characters, and super hot. I really need this movie in my life. Do you know when it comes out?

Julius Caesar isn't a bad play at all; I just tend to base my favs on whether or not I've seen them performed, and I've only seen Julius Caesar performed by an in-the-park group with horrible sound quality. |D

I agree tbh. Hell, I even ended up liking Cymbelline, as many problems as it has- and oh it has problems!

December 4th, I think?
