I would absolutely get an abortion. My partner and I are done having kids, and we are careful, but if something went wrong, I wouldn't go through with another pregnancy. We're getting older and our chances of Down's/other disabilities are increasing. We would not be good parents to a disabled child.

My friend had one when she was young and made a foolish mistake. She and her BF at the time mutually agreed it was the right thing to do and went forward. I support her decision 1,000%.

Why can't your partner have a vasectomy? It's a cheap, minor procedure for a man.
