Right now it is just long enough to brush my shoulders. I had it cut at the start of May, the day before I flew out for NZ. I find it convenient to have this length, it's short, but just long enough to put in a ponytail.

The longest it has ever been was long enough to sit on the longest tips, but I think the last time I had it that long was when I was 11, just before I had it chopped to shoulder-blade length and had a perm applied.

I have also had it grow out since then to lower waist/upper backside, but not sit-on length again.

At my age now, with problems I have with shedding, I don't think I will ever grow it out that far again, and keep it between what it is now and shoulder-blade length, until I hit 60 years of age, when I may consider going short again (old women look good in short hair, it makes them look younger. This is based on observing Mum and other old women I know).
