Besides the instance where Yue takes Touya's magic do those two ever talk?
I don't remember they talked, since their relationship wasn't really focused on, specially after the whole "Touya giving Yukito his magic" stuff. After that, their relationship is not really focused on much. I do think they talked before the Sakura vs Clow fight, but it was mostly "LETS GO PROTECT SAKURA!".
Do we even know what Yue's feelings about Touya are or is it all based on how Yukito feels? Also, the fact that Yue was in love with Clow, was that only in the manga?
Knowing CLAMP, Yukito and Yue's feelings are different, and Yue is still in love with Clow just like Yukito is in love with Touya. Yue's feelings where not downright stated in the anime, though!

Okay, good. I'm not crazy then. Because I was reading old fic and was so confused by their interactions because I felt they just didn't... have much conversation before the fic started to create the base of feelings and understanding that were conveyed in them.

Okay, so it is a manga thing! I was wondering about that. I'll be tackling the manga next but was confused a bit about all the Yue/Clow I was seeing.
But seriously, I could care less about what CLAMP intends. They always make stuff needlessly complicated. @_@ I'll stick with Yue trying to get over Clow and being like, "who the fuck is this dude?" to Touya and then hopefully falling in love too. 'Cause the alternative is... awkward at best.
