Yes! The publisher is Bubble comics. They apparently were at San Diego Comic Con this year!
Some nice people on tumblr started scanlating the first chapters, but they stopped now because Bubble announced they will start translating the comic themselves. I read that it was supposed to be on comixology or something but I'm apparently too stupid to navigate that site haha!
