Totally honest answer: I'm currently in college and I've previously used adderall. Um, I don't recommend that though because you can get hooked on it and it's expensive to buy without a prescription.

Legal way: Coffee. Also, for me it really helps to listen to good music. Not necessarily something that's like pumped-up-Rocky-music or something (though I think people do listen to really empowering music to get stuff done, just not for me), but something happy or calming. Recently I've been using spotify to find playlists that look promising. I get excited when I hear a new song that I love and it helps me to keep puttering away.
