1. Depends on what said clothing is and where I'm wearing it. I don't care about getting into a bathing suit, for instance, but I'm probably going to be uncomfortable if you asked me to walk down the street in women's lingerie.

5. Yep, although I generally keep underwear on when it's the daytime, but I never close curtains or whatever just to change or to get out of the shower.
