I fell for Victor on Dollhouse because of this. He was so great! When he had to be Topher? Amazing. The episode where he was a serial killer and a party girl? Amazing! I love Agent Carter, but Enver Gjokaj is 98% of the reason I watch it.

Enver is awesome. I'm not really that into Marvel, so I never got into Agent Carter. Should I watch it for him?

He does a great job. He's an agent who lost a leg in the war, and deals with a lot of the other agents being a-holes to him because of it.
