1. Within reason. As long as it completely covers the ass even when bending down/sitting and nothing falls out from my top I don't care. So no super short skirts, but short shorts are fine.

2. Yes, though I've been in various sports club since very young, in the beginning we even shared a locker room with the boys.

3. Yes, I'm comfortable even if it's a mixed gender sauna that requires nudity.

4. Yes, and I prefer having sex in the dark and preferebly under the covers as well.

5. Nope, I'm uncomfortable even if the shades are down. Yes, I pull down the shades to change or at least stand in such a way were I'm not visible from my bedroom's window.

6. This is actually kind of contradictory but no, I would never go to a mixed gender nudist beach (or any nudist beach at all), but have no problem with going to mixed public saunas nude. Can't speak about bath houses as I'm not sure what exactly they would be.
