Arrgghhh my sympathies, that sounds so exhausting, may you have enough spoons and a useful doctor session :/ I hope tomorrow is slightly less shitty.

Thanks.

I will probably feel better when I get some more sleep. I always have a post-migraine day of feeling like I've been hit by a bus. Like a hangover, except I didn't have fun yesterday.

I hope I make enough sense that my doctor can understand what I need. It's much easier to type than speak. I can double check that I've said the right things when I type, and I don't have to worry about how slurred my speech is.

Okay update: it went good. Wheelchair lifts are super tiny and creepy but my doctor was awesome.
