First, where are you from (country AND region if appropriate) and do you think that has affected how conservative you are with your body?

South Eastern US and yes, to an extent.

1. Are you comfortable wearing "skimpy" clothing? Short shorts, tank tops? Crop tops? Shirtless (if male and/or legal)?

I wear short shorts (sorta) during the summer. Because it gets so fucking hot down here. I sometimes put a tank on instead of t-shrit, but I usually stick to t-shrits.

When I was still living at home with my mom and brother, I'd be walking around the house sometimes in as little as a bra and underwear. The reason for that was because we had no air conditioning, only fans, and some of those summers would be so miserably hot and humid that clothing more so than the bare minimum was cloying and sticky and hot as shit. So, sometimes, if I'm at a friends house and I end up staying over, I end up comfortable enough in walking around in a sleep shirt and underwear. I can even do that if my fiance's friends come over and they end up crashing on the couch.

2. Are you comfortable changing in a gender segregated locker room? For example, before going to the gym or something. Do you go into a bathroom stall to change, or do you just change by the locker in front of everyone?

Eh, so-so. And a lot of it has to do with the judgmental attitudes dealing with anyone over the "normal" weight and body limit.

3. Would you be comfortable going to a gender segregated but public sauna, bath house, or onsen type place, if nudity was required?

No

4. When having sex with a new partner, do you get really self conscious when being naked for the first time? Do you leave some clothing on while having sex?

Eh, slightly, but if I'm really into them and vice versa, it normally goes away very quick and we get down and dirty.

5. Do you walk around your house naked, when you're alone (or just you and a partner)? Does it make you nervous if you do? Do you make sure to pull down window shades and such when changing clothes?

By myself and/or with my fiance, then yes, I LOVE to go around naked. If I ain't gotta go out for something? I am naked.

But windows are covered. It's the South. If I, for whatever reason, forgot to close a curtain and I walked by naked, and got caught, then I'd be charged with everything from public indecency to some kind of child sex thing. All because I'd forget to cover a window.
