The two episodes of Red Dwarf that did this* were brilliant, and made me really impressed by Chris Barrie's skills. He got their mannerisms perfectly, and in the first of the two, had fairly good impressions of their voices (the latter had the generally annoying actor switch for the voices, but it worked fairly well in context). Later finding out that Barrie got his start as an impressionist made me a little less critical of Craig Charles and Danny John Jules' less impressive Rimmer mannerisms.

* Queeg from season 2, when Rimmer started immitating the rest of the characters because of a hologram playback glitch, and Bodyswap from season 3, where he actively switched minds with Lister (and later Cat).
