Can you try the icecube trick? Where you hold or move an ice cube across where you are harming? Write or draw lines on your skin with red pen? Basically reducing the behaviour - you're still doing it but less harm and try to dial it back instead of going cold-turkey?

Do you know what sets your self-harming off? Is it something you can avoid or reduce while you're getting a handle on it agian? Could it be something is stressing you out, is it something you can address?

Can you try to keep youself busy and distracted without the opportunity to harm?
