I think they were both wrong, DW more so. Arthur shouldn't have decked her, but the fact that absolutely NO ONE in the episode even holds her accountable for breaking the plane (despite "We'll handle DW"....wow that doesn't happen at all!) just kind of mitigates my sympathy for her.
