Somehow I was expecting much bigger response, so I'm actually a little relieved. Tell me you heard Walking on Greggshells and Opie's subsequent on-air meltdown.

I think what's odd is that when they were together, I would go "BOY is Anthony a FUCKING RACIST." And now I listen to it and go "WOW, Opie is a fucking racist too but seemed reasonable next to Anthony."

Now when I go back and listen to the old shows, all the stuff that Anthony complains about is a lot easier to hear.

When you listen to Opie's side, listen to how Jim Norton is responding to him. He never says so, but it's pretty clear who's side he's on.

I'd like a link as well. (Edit: No need, it's all over Google.) I remember listening to them when I was younger and still living in New York. I think I remembered that they got fired for doing something bad on air?

They were a big part of my life for many years, I had a long drive to and from work so I listened to them lots. It's strange that I completely lost track of them.

I don't know if they'll be doing Jocktober again now that Anthony is gone. There are many reasons why, but I think the biggest reason is that Opie started antagonizing their listeners, and the promotional images for their show even look a little like the shows they used to feature on Jocktober. I think Jocktober would go for maybe one day and the fans would completely turn on them.
