NAYRT - It actually sort of did; they ended up breaking up, and Alexis admitted maybe she'd been wrong. But Alexis never really apologized, and it was never acknowledged that she acted like Castle threatened physical harm on Pi.

maybe i interpretated it wrong, but it seemed to me that alexis was very embarrassed about defending her decisions once she realized were immature, and castle knew this, alexis knew that he knew, and he knew that she knew that he knew, so he let it slide because the experience would serve her anyway and he already knew she was sorry
