While I don't think this is a spoiler (per Feo's comment), I also don't think comments like this imply that Case is responsible for tagging them - just asking him to add a tag on.

But why should he have to? People just need to read the damn warning and expect there's a chance they could get spoiled here.

Requesting that Case do a thing =/= saying he MUST do that thing. You don't have to agree. Though I don't know how it would affect you in any way, unless you are secretly Case.

Every character in the game can potentially die. That was a big part of the marketing. OP didn't spoil anything about the circumstances.
