I like Garfunkel & Oates (I have been listening to 'Loser' and 'Rainbow Connections' on alternating repeat for about a week now), Tripod, The Arrogant Worms, and Axis of Awesome's 'Four Chords'. I don't know if all of them count as parody artists, technically, but I find them funny at least?
