Suicune's my choice, too, for the same reason. Plus, as fast as it can run, it'd be able to purify water at a rapid pace and help a lot of people and animals in a short amount of time.

Every damn grass type ever. Seriously, wanna destroy our rain
forests? Nah, we got huge plant dinosaurs and shit here to get your asses out and to help them regrow.

Also, you could probably use their powers to make it a nice give and take and ensure we have wood and the like to use, but still have plentiful forests.

The water pokemon would keep things fresh, fire types can burn away dying areas and then the grass type can come in and help regrow.

Electric pokemon can help with energy overflow and the like, flying types make travel easier.

Probably others as well, but I need a shower and to play with my kitten before work, so, yeah.
